Foraged was born out of a need.

We wanted a better chip.

One made with real ingredients, cooked with intention, and built without the shortcuts that became normal.

So we started with the classic potato chip and brought it back to something simpler.

Why Beef Tallow?

Before industrial oils became the standard, beef tallow was one of the original cooking fats. It delivers a rich flavor, satisfying crunch, and a simpler approach to making chips.
